ORM Summary:
- For the population of patients associated with addresses, each patient is linked to at least one address and each address is linked to at least one patient. It is possible for a patient to be associated with multiple addresses, and for an address to be associated with multiple patients. However, within this population, each combination of patient and address occurs only once. This association between patients and addresses is the preferred method for identifying patients within the context of their associated addresses.
- Addresses have types, and each address is associated with at most one type. However, it is possible for multiple addresses to be associated with the same type.
