An AI Agent can assist in various Healthcare Roles during multiple Patient Encounters. Likewise, within a single Patient Encounter, an AI Agent may support more than one Healthcare Role, and multiple AI Agents might assist in a specific Healthcare Role during a particular Patient Encounter. Each combination of AI Agent, Healthcare Role, and Patient Encounter is unique and occurs only once per encounter. This distinct combination of Patient Encounter, AI Agent, and Healthcare Role is the preferred identification method for the AI_Role_Encounter entity.
